Please post your ideas about what you undertand about the inquiry process. This needs to be completed by the end of term one and again in term four.
Term One
Waterloo has been using Inquiry for many years. It has been an essential component of our Integration programme. We dont complete inquiry units every term but endeavour to have elements of inquiry in our units of learning.
Our units run for at least a term each. They stem from a Big idea and then a context. We then write significant questions which we order according to Blooms. From that our learning and teaching comes. As part of out Gifted and talented programme we are trialling a differentiated programme and we have a major focus on Blooms revised taxonomy.
